Comment:	It is very good apartment. Very clean and very nice. Karina, the owner is very nice and kind. Its pity that maximum rate about owner attitude and about value for money is only 5 points. I would give 10 points. I was lucky with weather and could enjoy nice area around and in the evening I saw boats just through my window. Near the center - I didn't need to spend my money for transport or for taxi. I will recommend this place to all my friends. If I go to Riga next time, I would like to stay only there. Thank you very much!

Comment:	Karina is very nice person and the service was perfect. Location is very good: 15min from city and as we were with children, where are playing grounds and 2 parks just over the corner. Lot of space in apartment, the old stairs are a bit dangerous for small kids. We'd problems as the floors were not very clean ...

Comment:	Finally an apartment where anyone can feel well. It has been completely and tastefully renovated. The building is ok, the stairs are so so, but once you are in you are at home. The very big room on the street side has double windows which keep the noise to a minimum: I could sleep well. On the other end I would use dark curtains to keep the light out at night. The court room is on a very silent court, also with double windows. Bathroom is new and the hot water is abundant. There are even soap dispensers: you know those horribly expensive things which make life easier and most owners will never give you because...I don't know. And yes, finally, soft, smooth, new and big towels. Like at home. Karina does not want us to get a nice skin scrub as some other owners seem to. She just wants us to get dried. How refreshing. The kitchen is great with a nice table where you can actually sit and eat, and there is a dishwasher. We cooked a meal and we did not spend half of the evening looking for tools or asking neighbors to borrow a bottle opener or a real knife as you often do in many other apartments: it was all there and in place (ehmmm...some more forks would do). There is no wi-fi internet connection, officially, but I am writing from the window hacking somebody's else. Location: you need to walk about 15/20 minutes to the old town but very close to Elizabetes street, this side of the city center. Generally this is the typical apartment managed by an owner who only has one apartment and takes care of it and its guests.

Comment:	Very good apartment, but there is need some other furniture. Great bedrooms and good kitchen! Karina, the owner, is a very good person. just one thing. Keep the windows close, cause outside (during the day), it's quite noisy.
